    Endless wars are upon us,
Mass starvations, millions dying from diseases,
    Every man for themselves,
    Father against son,
    Mother against daughter,
Load up on canned food, batteries, Guns and ammunition while you can.

God told one of his disciples that he would disown him 3 times before the
End of the day. And he did.

I hit the loves in Burbank Ohio at 6 pm.
Not one truck at the fuel island.
And plenty of parking spaces left.

No big deal right, nothing to get your panties in a bunch.
Just a freak, 1 in a million thing.
That's what I thought a week ago at the loves in wamsutter wyoming.
I rolled in there at 5 pm and it was the same way.

Then I hit another loves on my way to dallas,
    Same situation.

That's 3 times in a week, I pulled into a loves at rush hour,
    With completely empty pumps.
    I haven't seen that in 15 years.
There's some serious crap about to happen.

Am I only one noticing this.
Maybe I'm getting old and starting to see things.

All I know is, when the loves has empty pumps
At rush hour, we all got big problems.

    Neither have I.
I was shocked when I pulled in.

I didn't plan on fighting the rush at the pumps.
Just parking, the fueling at 3 am when I got up.

Every pump was empty. I didn't know what to do.
    Never seen that before.
You could have to a nap at the pumps and nobody
    Would have said anything.

On the bright side I'm finding parking at truckstops even after 8 pm....so apparently drivers have gone home or something.....I fear something worse is coming, where even mega companies may not get through unscathed...

At first I was happy to see some of the megas raise their driver pay because they have the lobbyists to set the rate in a backhanded way.

But now, I realize how silly and immature my thinking was. Because the megas have the lobbyists to make sure the government won’t let them fail, just making them stronger through their weakness, and further Walmarting out the little guy.

Oh well. I’ll have another doughnut or somethin.

All I'll say is never ignore your primal instincts and trust your intuition. It's there for a reason.

Everywhere I’ve been going for the last two weeks has been slow inside the businesses and mostly empty parking lots. The only places that seem full are fast food joints and restaurants. The most interesting thing is that traffic is still bumper to bumper stressful nascar style and seems no one has slowed down to save fuel. Folks In denial and still in a hurry to get to the bottom I guess.

Been noticing the same trend. Ran a couple routes last week it was getting later into the evening on route that I know the truckstops are always going to be full past 6 PM. Hammer down, no stops, in hopes I might pull in and find a spot left. I get there and there’s dozens of spots, maybe even 100+ at a truckstop that is always full. Same thing the next day and the day after. I was kind of scratching my head.

Also, as I mentioned in a another thread, companies are not getting their trailers unloaded. Thousands of trailers sitting at receivers full of freight. To the point they’re running out of empty trailers. Definitely something brewing. I think that big dark black cloud is almost over our heads.
