Lease op no rate con.

This isn’t a post about a specific company.
If your considering a move or working for a company that pays percentage you are entitled to a rate con on the load per FMCSA regulations. IF the company refuses they are screwing you! They are booking the load taking money off the top then paying you your percentage of what they quoted you not what they we’re actually paid. I’m withholding the trucking company I was leased to until I source an attorney that will take my case. I plan to sue to get the rate cons on my loads and have the attorney sue to get all of my contracted percentage plus the taxes due on the unpaid earnings. I will repost any updates including the attorney who agrees to take the case.
