I would put the cage bolt in, after that its easy 2 change

Sorry this was a vauge question. I am only trying to change the air line. Does it still require the cage bolt?

As long as you're not cracking the chamber open, You should be OK.. There isn't any air in them unless you charge (release) the brakes

Take a look around while you are under there, if it’s due to age/cracking you will probably want to do all of them Atleast out of the valve
