Maybe, yet "driver" might be a bit less funded, like in "too poor to pay attention" after the settlement Issues with State AND "driver" fixing own vehicle out of pocket.

    Another LIFE Lesson!! :D

That trooper not only prevented his own death but everybody on the scene was prevented, by his awareness to notice the pickup and the way he parked his car to shield the wrecker truck

22 years for medicinal, 10 years for recreational. I can say, without reservation, Colorado has the worst drivers, but I'm not sure it's because of MJ. On a recent cross country trip, without question, it's the stupid phone, and distracted driving that causes most of these mishaps. This particular bozo captured it for all to see, like this is okay. I don't think that was the best place for a cruiser either,, smack dab in the passing lane. I'm sure the "boss" will have some words with Mr. Trooper, those cruisers aren't cheap. It's taking for granted people are actually paying attention. Driving just takes too long in todays instant gratification society,, and 4 wheelers are quickly being outdated as far as travel. Now with most western states @ 80 mph, an obstacle comes up mighty quick.

I think in general a lot places people just don’t pay any attention to anything other than their phones it seems like..the motoring public is just getting worse by the day..

I agree the electronic device that everybody can't live with out is causing alot of accidents
The gobberment is all worried about the nasty trucking industry and every accident is a big trucks fault reguardless.regardless.. so ELDs ..and soon to be speed control devices..
What not make the auto industry devise that either disable the automobile if the hand held electronic device is avtice .. what's good for the goose should be good for the gander too we can't have them in a CV

    201 and drvrtech77 Thank this.
