    I'am gonna defend the driver
    I've crossed that same RR crossing my fair share of times loading off a couple farms there that's not a very good crossing it's a uncontrolled crossing there's no F...ing signals or gates .. and the Amtrack trains move at a high rate of speed 75 to 100 mph through there .. Mendon is just a little 1 horse town ..

    There should be no such thing as an uncontrolled railroad crossing. 1 horse town or not. Is it a clear view in each direction? Do you think he was just trying to beat it?
