They’re the Pro’s with all tools and knowledge. They’ll figure it out. You say it was inframed 2 yrs ago? Did you get new injectors and head back then? So now after 6 injectors at Shop in Chicago, problem was gone during test drive, then came back? DD reman injectors? I’m just curious, no advice. They’ll figure it out. Money well spent. Beats throwing any more parts at it. Easy to get carried away. Engine harness, ECM, fuel pump, lines, sensors, pick up tubes, we could guess all day. Spend a bunch of money. Still have the problem. You should know soon, let us know.

I like to guess, so my guess would be a bad pin on the ecm, or a bad connection to ecm on Engine harness. Or a broken wire on harness. Let them figure it out, I wouldn’t start requesting this or that, based on my wild guess. Always cost me more money when I’ve done that, Lol.

Rideandrepair Thanks this. -
Shouldn't need another overhaul after only 2 years, maybe something wasn't done right the first time.
4noReason and Rideandrepair Thank this. -

I doubt you’ll need another overhaul. So far assuming they actually change the injectors and harness in Chicago, nothings lost.
