I have a 2016 T800 and it won't accept freon. It has new rubber lines, compressor, expansion valve, drier, evaporator and condenser. After pulling a vacuum on it, you can only put about 12 ounces of freon in it before the head pressure goes over 300. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Had similar problem on my old F150 equipped with a fan clutch like semi's, the fan clutch was the issue as it wasn't strong enough to cool the system. A new one fixed it.

Just a shot in the dark here,, orifice tube clogged?
Does your system even use an orifice tube?
My '03 Pete had a clogged orifice tube and it acted similar, it would take forever to take refrigerant.

No orifice tube. The kws use an expansion valve. The fan is kicking on and the pressure drops some when it kicks on but it starts climbing again.

Sounds like a plug/cap was left on one of the new parts
