Having an 8 axle rig and expecting to load 60K to 90K lb today is complete non sense. 4-5 a mile are you serious. Fuel is at 1.50 a mile, permits on average 2.00 and what’s left. A headache. Need to boycott the brokers and lift the rates to 8-10 a mile. We run expensive rigs and risk.
