Snackbar is chillin'....at Shaffer

Now they supposedly lost all phone svc in Lincoln and all outside terminals..

 

Someone cut the phone lines tired of everyone calling to complain about their incompetency in the office

 

On my end I was actually looking at car rentals vs flights in case they missed up my hometime surprisingly a bunch of 1 way car rentals available now compared to a few months ago.

Right at 7am was directed on where to get a trailer and to my surprise it was there.

 

Luck already ran out. I get to the shipper and non of my numbers are valid so I've been sitting here 30 minutes already waiting for someone from Lincoln to figure out why.

 

It’s all because you have to get home…if it wasn’t hometime, it wouldn’t happen..lol…it seems like things happen anytime one has to go certain direction..

 

They msg me back 45 minutes later asking again if I tried both numbers....

Both numbers don't show up in the customers system at all and no other numbers on the work order.

Told to just camp out at the shipper till they get this sorted out...

 

I’d be charging detention to Creaffer for this.

 

I'll still get detention on it but sets me way back. Place has over night parking but no facilities
