    This poor dude supposedly just cashed his paycheck and was shot 13 times by 3 thugs, two whom were juveniles as he walked home. A female bystander was also hit. No cops involved so no outrage. This is was a true INNOCENT BLACK VICTIM. Not the criminal ones everybody falls over themselves trying to defend. RIP Neal Smith.
