2013 Freightliner Cascadia dd13 I took it for a pm and when I got it back my truck wouldn’t turn on. Keeps cranking but won’t turn on unless I spray starter fluid. It wasn’t ever doing that until I got my pm done the very next morning it started doing that . I shut it off to see if it turns back on but it won’t unless u spray starter fluid . What can it be

Fuel shutoff valve may be closed. They may have forgot to open it after changing filter

They didn't prime ur fuel system after changing filter. Common problem with truckstop mechanics

If like others have commented it was the fuel filter once the air in the lines has cleared it should be fine and even with starter fluid if the fuel pump is not primed it won't start at all. If it keeps doing this I think there is something more serious going on here as once the air in the fuel line clears the engine should run good again, it does suck though when you get a truck serviced and it comes back worse that when it first went in.

Most likely not primed or its sucking air from somewhere, check the fuel filters including the water seperator.

First thing I would try is pumping the fuel primer 500 times, and yes I mean literally 500 times, when I change the fuel filters in my DD15, I do 100 pumps on the right hand, 100 pumps on the left hand, then rotate to 500 times.

If it doesn't start then, something else is going on.

If you came out of the shop and didn't let it run about a hour to refill the lines you may have e done all that work for nothing.
Flip side now you know your truck more intimately
