Also, are you just rattling off company names in general without knowing for sure? Cause I am looking at some of these that you posted and one doesn't have any career/job postings on their website at all, another isn't hiring in Colorado right now, and another doesn't give any information that they take new CDL's, they don't list the pay, and just want you to apply in general.
I don't want to waste time filling out lengthy applications to only find out at a later point after a recruiter starts bugging me that they don't accept people with less than 6 months like I find with most jobs listed on Indeed. I also don't want to give out my contact information unless I absolutely have to with hopes of a strong lead or knowing for sure. Otherwise, you start getting contacted by recruiters that don't pay attention to detail, and contact you after the company has already told you they won't accept you, and start talking to you like this is your first rodeo with them as they do cold calls from some contact database. They also blow your phone up calling you until you answer and if you don't answer they don't leave voice mail only to keep blowing up your phone until you do answer. That's been my short experience since graduating from CDL school and applying for jobs on indeed.
I have to start applying again in the Denver area as the job I was supposed to start tomorrow seems to be possible false hope and lots of promises, only to find out at the last minute tonight it's postponed for a few weeks. I am not sure I can trust it at all now. My feelings, in general, are that you can't trust anyone and already starting off to a bad start from what I have seen, read, and experienced to date. -

As for hiring requirements, many times the website is not up to date. I know that until they gave me access to update our website, the requirements and available positions were perpetually out of date.
As for giving out contact information, here's your dilemma: This information provided by the application process will allow the employer to see if you meet their criteria. Without it, the employer won't even waste any time/money on you. Give the info to companies, though, not hiring services like Tenstreet themselves, Jobs In Trucks, All Truck Jobs, Hire Master, etc. *That's* how you get bombarded on the phone and email for eternity. Fill out the Intelliapp from the company's website and go from there.Michael-CO, CaliRaised, SoulScream84 and 1 other person Thank this.
