Yes and no. It wasn't supposed to be hometime until after the 4th, then that preloaded shorty, that wasn't preloaded sent the whole weekend down the tubes. The planner originally said, for helping with the short run, he'd back it up with a good run. Well, the 'good' run was a Vidalia to Statesville...but both of those got borked by no empties, and then the 3 ring gong show the rest of the day looking for an empty...then it just ended up picking up that other drivers load, bringing it to Marietta then bobtailing to Kennesaw to pick up a different short run to FL. After 60+ days on the road, then all that b.s., I said I am done and headed home before any more stuff went wrong. While sitting there waiting on picking up that other driver's load, I made contact with the recruiter, then after the 4th, I talked to him on the phone and away I go.

Dreading returning to work. Most likely won't have any load on my return on Sunday since I have my pta set for 8pm. Plus I'm just a bobtail so here's hoping for empty reefers in the San Antonio area.

I have yet to be charged anything at wilmer...

    *knock on wood*

However last time I just quit and abandoned the truck at the terminal without telling anyone. Didn't even clean it out and saw no deduction on my last check the following week.

Ok...major rant time...and this is my last explosion about this useless excuse of a company.

After I had originally thought that I missed bonusland, I found out that I had just barely made it. But...I am being ####ed out of it. I busted my tail, ran 60+ days without going home more than once this year. When the clutch pedal system broke in WY, I saved these greedy pricks the cost of a tow bill. Fixed lights, replaced mudflaps, restarted reefers that had been run out of fuel. Now, that the bonus is supposed to be paid out with this weeks miles, they're screwing me out of it because you have to be employed when the check is written...not just be here at the end of the quarter, not just here at the end of the payperiod that the bonus will be included with. I busted my butt getting over the threshold, I earned that god #### bonus, and now, because their incompetent ##### can't keep enough trailers around to keep us busy. And their operations half-tards can't plan a trip to the toilet without dropping a brownie in their BVD's, I decide I have had enough of their bull *bleep* they're screwing me over...again. I have said it before, and I will say it again...unless you like being bent over the fuel tank and raped....dry....STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THESE GREEDY ######## AS POSSIBLE. THEY DON'T PRACTICE WHAT THEY PREACH...DRIVERS ARE DIRT TO THESE ELITIST PRICKS.

What’s pathetic is the bonus checks are coming out next week… Yeah you’re going to get a paycheck next week from them they should include it in the check… SMH

That's what I thought too...but deland message me and said no, if you're not an employee when the check is issued, you don't get the bonus you earned. I blew up on the Peoplenet...and I didn't edit my choice of words. I have never regretted coming back to this crap hole more than I do at this moment. The only thing that brightening my day was 15 minutes after I got that message, the person in charge of travel plans for my new company called and got me the most appropriate flight available. On the plane out of Gainesville at 6 am Sunday, land out west just after 10 am pacific...prepaid for 2 checked bags...and sent me their personal cell phone number so I can call to have them set up an Uber after the airport shuttle drops me as close to their office as they can. Haven't officially been hired, and I am already more dedicated to them than I ever was to this bunch of a'holes
