CA carb ?

    If you haul a van load meaning a non refrigerated load,,,, in a refer that is not carb compliant and the unit is not running either into during or leaving CA can you still be fined?

    you can take an old reefer into cali as long as its disabled, like removing the starter/ fuel tank and such

    auto part to Napa in Salt lake city. sometimes mail into MT. I do alot of SLC then bounce up here. this is the first time I loaded that far north it's usually pocatelly, id falls r up n down 20E

    lol, after awhile some many drivers are gonna start choosing to run into Cali because of their rules and it's gonna get real hard to move freight.. Then the rates are gonna JUMP something serious.. but only for loads to and from Cali though..
