Going 150 miles to pick up a manual car. Never driven a manual car. Will I be okay?

Also you can coast you don't have to down shift to a stop. 2nd gear is usually good for turning corners. 3rd or 4th for most curves.

Same, no double clutch. Just hold in, gas out. After operating just almost everything, except for an airplane. It’s all easy if you do it as simple as possible and relax.
recently got rid of an old mighty max mini pickup. 5spd. Used to rip it sideways on most turns, nothing beats a snappy old manual -

I've only had manual transmission cars since 1994. 4 of em.
Shift it as one normally would shift a car, 1 clutch 1 shift. Never had a problem w any. Never replaced a clutch or throw out.
Tried to buy one locally 5 years ago but none were available.
I had to fly into Charlotte and Uber to Spartanburg to find my 17 Accord sport.
Was just at a dealer yesterday and asked and they had no manual Honda's on the lot.
