So I am the one that installed the evap. I was putting in 3 12oz cans of 134a and at that time everything was good (don't remember the pressures) I installed some electric fans this weekend. Since I could tell going down the road was better than sitting the first picture is with the system on for about 5 minutes and the second is after 45 minutes fans running constantly

When is the last time you cleaned the condenser?
    What is the system capacity?

That doesn't sound like enough refrigerant to me. What's the data plate say on the radiator? Evac, pull a vacuum for a while then charge it to the amount specified on the label. By comparison, my truck takes 5lbs 4 ounces or 84 ounces total.

Thats what I would think too. Someone asked when I cleaned the condenser out was 2 weeks ago nothing came out and didn't make a difference

Get a cheap 25 dollar sniffer off Amazon and check for leaks if you're sure you have enough refrigerant in the system and/or empty the system and see how long you can pull a solid vacuum. If it holds steady under vacuum then you shouldn't have any leaks. Then get the proper refrigerant amount off your radiator or call the dealer for it and charge it up.

There isn't any data on the radiator and dealer won't give me answer I have tried 4 different ones and after I replaced the evap core it held vacuum from December until March when it was warm enough to refill it

    Rideandrepair Thanks this.

Then charge it by a thermometer in the center vent. Put it on recirculation, full blower, close the doors and windows and set the idle around 1k. Close the hood and put a fan in front of it. Then fill it up until you get the temperature as low as you're comfortable with. Mine comes out that vent in the mid 30's lower 40's. Add a little then close the valve. Rinse and repeat...slowly.

    n4ane and Rideandrepair Thank this.

I am almost certain my old FLD was a yard truck at the end of its previous life due to the amount of dirt everywhere in it. I just cleaned and replaced (still working on it) the entire system. I didn’t reuse anything.
