There is really not a thing you can do....I mean you're going to raise hell for 1800 dollars? You'll spend way more trying to recoup that. You need to know what you're getting yourself into. I did 1099 for a while, and signed a contract knowing what I was getting into. Yes they were taking advantage of me and I knew it, but on the flip side I needed to clean up my record and take care of my family. I left that company after nearly a year of the #### -ery. I drive for 2 different ones and they both owed me. So what? I got what I ultimately needed. This is going to be a hard one to swallow and a rather expensive lesson. Cut your losses, and go work somewhere else. Matter of fact, the time you're spending here trying to figure out how to recoup 1800 bucks, you could br making moves to secure your next job.
Quit driving for a company and they stole $1,200 from my check
