You get no sympathy because you were fine running illegally, but when they act illegal you start crying about rights.
Well, what right do you have to use services you refuse to pay for? (Any government service including the courts are paid for by the taxes you were fine not paying by agreeing to a 1099)
Also, you drove the truck and falsified your logs, not the company. You are 100% at fault for that bit of illegal driving too.

Grow up, move on and work legally with a company that works legally and 99% of your problems will go away.

You can explain that to the relatives of the family in a mini van you just ran over because you were dog tired and beyond fatigued.

That is NO justification for your actions.

What does their behavior have to do with your illegal behavior?

Nothing you wrote makes any sense
    No college?
Who cares. there are many college educated people who chose to drive a truck instead of whatever they schooled for and have made more $$ doing so

I drive a truck and I also went to college and owned a business for 25+ years and had 30 crews working for us when I decided to go drive

I don’t make the same $$ as I did before in my own business but I have zero headaches and am far from homeless

Seems the issue is more on your poor decision making skills and depending on the damage poor driving and business skills as well but I have no real information to say for sure

But as mentioned. Move on and do it right and life will improve
Those who are always trying to find that shortcut always seem to be at the bottom

And that illegal log thing….. you joined the party the minute you drove over 11 hours

What do you think the odds are that he claims/pays taxes on what he made?
