Heartland.... you have been warned

1 confused and goofey recruiters who tell you not to put in two weeks notice and just go hand your employer the keys and quit.
2 DAZED AND CONFUSED orientation trainers that can't even give a class to one to three in a class. I was sent to Atlanta...the orientation teacher was extremely stupid conceited did not try to train us. All he did was run around and tell us three females that we needed to stop driving and move to Atlanta and work in the orientation room with him.
3 the stupid goofey orientation teacher...and they try to cheat you out of getting everything and anything...found out a driver got a job with Tyson. The goofey trainer and a stupid woman from Dallas helping to "train" his dumb butt, they found out he quit and was going to Tyson. They both shut down the orientation class and told me "go away go outside don't come back for about 30 mins. They said they was busy trying to get that man who quit to change his mind and stay at heartland. I sat outside in 90 degree heat for 40 mins. F

 

1 Scam. recruiters will tell you "hand over keys when quit and come work at Heartland and don't give your employer two weeks notice."

Goofy untrained orientation personnel that brag about having relationships with each other..try to run the drivers away insulting then and saying "I'm going to take you to dollar general and buy duck tape for you to make you some shoes since you will be poor "
3 all they do is COMPLAIN about how LITTLE Heartland is paying them.
4 orientation confused and dazed it was worse that getting on a Willie Wonka ride.
Both orientation teachers kicked me out of the room on my last day...mind you they ran off five qualified black male drivers on purpose and the one doing the orientation is a Black bad goofy old man that insults everybody and talks too much about crap nobody wants to hear about himself used to be homeless man and Heartlands son hired him while he was homeless and walking the streets.
4 I'm only one in the orientation class on that Friday..they still had people from Wednesday graduating class NO TRUCKS Pissing everybody off getting nasty if we said anything about the insanity.
6 telling me I need to go HELP him teach the class and I need to MOVE from my hometown and be with him in Atlanta and this made me outraged..and he wouldn't stop bother me about my life about to situated around his homeless butt!
Finally I got back to the hotel knowing abosolutely nothing about running that truck and everything about his trip to Dallas and how the woman who lied and said she flew from Dallas to "help him" was his girlfriend..and he is married! They bragged about having dinner together and doing "other stuff alone" with each other...which why she told me to "go sit outside" about 4 hours that Friday waiting for him and her to do whatever they were doing sitting in the scorching hot sun..and he deliberately did not give me lunch..tormented screamed yelled at me on a road test that lasted for 2 hours and I'm warning everybody don't go to this company.
The fat chick from Dallas not supposed to be doing this. This is not their job. Both of them kept messing the truck assignments up and telling us what we were going to drive meanwhile they made sure all the whites got brand new trucks.
The orientation homeless man was black. The other one was a white woman. The fat one messed up my truck assignment. She stood there and told me she was atheist and hated God and "she didn't like it when I said praise God and thank you Jesus!"
Oh it gets much worse...I'm warning everybody the black man is racist against blacks the whites are racist against. They was trying to run me away to hire a bunch latinoes and had them stalking me all over the place. They gave a brand new Kenworth to a white driver and told him get out of his BEDBUG infested truck and give it to me and they didn't even give me a new mattress. When I said something, they started yelling at me and said "you are the problem..you are a soap opera" and since you won't answer the phone (while the truck is in motion driving down the highway) we taking your loads until you learn to answer that phone asap when we call you!"
They pissed the drivers off in ATL..a few of them will go inside and have bowelments
In the middle of the shower floor...smear it on the walls, and if you tell somebody like I did..they launched a real evil demonic attack against me calling me "a leak" with a few Latino drivers stalking me. Where ever I went, they would send nasty messages on the platform and say " the fuel pumps at the terminal is down!" "We FOUND A LEAK!" Which was a lie. They also shut down I75 traffic and backed it up so far and had a tractor-trailer truck in the middle of the highway and no state troopers or cops were trying to clear the traffic or move the truck...ZERO people trying to get the truck abandoned truck off the interstate. They decided that I was going to sit all day in orientation while W man drove a driver home to Macon GA from Atlanta GA since they found out he had quit. They TOLD him he could not quit. They told him he had to stay there and work and he could not quit! And ran out of irritation..told me to get my stuff out of the van..and he was leaving in the middle of the class. TO BE CONTINUED...
