Those pulling for cheap are short sighted. Ya got to put money away for legal fees when you get sued, insurance company doesn’t pay out, replacement costs, that 40k wrecker bill, walleye boat, re power a load you failed on, storage fees on cargo on hold, etc…

Did you know vegans are impotent ?? Because they bodies don't have the proteins that are in red or white meat.. to make their sex organs work ! .. those same proteins are also needed to make the brain function properly !!
As a rule of thumb vegans are easy to spot
The Male's normally have a man bun
the females usually have resting b....h face due to lack of protent in their face to let them smile
    Just say'n.....:biggrin_25524:

They paid me today, $2200, $250 layover, ( for 9.5 hrs in dock, first 3 hrs free, $40 hr. max. $250 ) plus $267 Lumper. $2707 total. I’m surprised, it’s been 2 weeks. I did get rested that day. It was one of only a few loads on a Sunday. Considering worker shortages, I knew the risks. Overall $2450 for 756 miles, $3.24 pm from outside of Nashville to Denver Pa. I’m happy now, but still was Very aggravating.

You'll find in the busy shipping lanes with more trucks available to do loads the load rates naturally come down with some accepting enough just to cover fuel costs. It goes back to simple economics of supply and demand oversupply naturally reduces prices be it oil, wheat, houses, or transport a shortage tends to push prices higher just as we've seen recently with the price of oil.
