    All that would do is take unsafe trucks off the road. Can't get revenue if the truck is off the road for good. More money in a thousand paper cuts than a execution.

    Here in South TX it's the gravel haulers. How these guys make it down the road without being shut down remains a mystery. Passed a dump truck yesterday with its bucket not shaking, but swaying, as it went down the road. Side to side. Like how the #### did that thing get that far (with a load) without being pulled over?
