A.C. and heater problem

    Hello. I have a 1999 International 9200. Mechanic just put new on/off switch, compressor and clutch in. Filled freon also. Going down the road AC will be cold and then it seems to be just blowing outside air. Then after a while air gets cold again. The strange part is that in the winter , I am quit frequently adjusting my temperature setting. Blower blows hot and then not so hot and so forth. Any connection or is my truck just possessed.

    A/C part sounds low on freon. Really need knowledgable eyes on some gauges.

    Heater issue most likeky a different issue

    Not sure if the gauges would help if they check it when the cold air is on the working again cycle. Intermittent.
