Maybe this family killer and Rogel Aguilera-Mederos can team up.
This new happy couple could haul marijuana around Colorado and be the Cheech and Chong of trucking.ProfessionalNoticer Thanks this. -

How does a driver get away with having no CDL? Especially in this day and age where inspections are frequent?
In our company every driver has a copy of his CDL and his DMV record sent to the insurance company every year. No CDL means no insurance coverage. Also, every time I've been inspected, roadside or scale, I've had to show my CDL.
I can understand a man wanting to work and running outlaw...I don't condone it but I understand it... but the CDL is so ridiculously easy to get, especially in California, that there's no excuse for not having one.
Nail the company too. If they didn't check the driver's credentials they're part of the problem. You can bet nobody is going to be answering their phone. They've probably already sold the trucks to their cousins and changed the name on everything.
I wonder how many totally outlaw trucking companies are out there running and hoping nothing goes wrong.mjd4277, silverspur and jethro712 Thank this. -
9NEWS has learned the same truck was stopped in Platteville, Colorado in March. A different driver working for the same company also was driving without a commercial driver license and a valid medical certificate.
The company, Caminante Trucking, is based in Long Beach, California, and has more than 90 trucks in its fleet. Federal documents show another one of its trucks was involved in a fatal crash in Temecula, California in April of last year. One person was killed.

Caminantes Trucking (California Transport Company)takeheed777, Moon_beam and ProfessionalNoticer Thank this. -
I wonder if the company is owned by a cartel, or other organized crime syndicate. Seems like they’d be the only ones with the cajones to run such an operation.
Regardless, hang the driver and the company!!silverspur and drvrtech77 Thank this. -

REO6205,
I probably did some many times mainly at Scale Houses, East of the Mississip, because I was "under watch" for about 6 months nationwide after falsifying ONE days' worth of Log Entries.
Another learned Experience!
CHEERS!!Moon_beam Thanks this.
