    There were places in Canada where the market was so hot people were buying homes sight unseen and without home inspections.

    Buying a 6 or 7 figure investment sight unseen is about the dumbest choice one could make.

    Pool had issues, backfilling was cheaper than repair. City may have deemed pool hazard due to lack of secure fencing or even lack of a gate..Every city has its rules regarding pools
