How long did it take to get loaded there today? I can certainly be an all day event with them...

Not to tell you which route to run but instead of running I49 through Arkansas, get off 44 at the petro in Joplin take that south highway U go right heading west then jump on 69... no tolls or scales...

I'm actually going that way now. I thought I had problems avoiding that toll road before, but when I got a minute to really route plan, it's truck safe.

They sent me up the street to the other yard. I had a 1:30pm appointment, and they backed me right in once I got there at like 10:05. Took half an hour, and I drove around the building and parked in the shade.

I'm staying here until I reset, and then balls to the wall to the receiver. They said if I can't make my appointment, I'm a work in, and it won't be until the afternoon before they can unload me. I guess it's fine as long as they hold up their end of the appointment. Otherwise I'll literally haul this to my house and "store" it. Then I'll work them in when I F'n feel like it.

    MO to TX

FYI the westbound scale in Missouri is nothing but a gravel parking lot now. #makescalesgravleparkinglotsagain

I would say that's a sweet tarp job, but since you cheated with the remote control tarps I can't give you any credit for it :biggrin_25523:

Noticed one thing, not enough bungees. You gotta have like 173 on that. Other than that, looks really good.

Thanks, I'm guessing the eastbound is open for business? It was closed for a while for remodeling. Lol.

Hey I am curious of the trailer, the forklift end ..... is the trailer built & bought that way, or is that retrofit to any weight-feasable trailer?

    Thanks.

Ours were retrofitted (we have 3 of them). The ICC bumper is collapsible and pads and stoppers were added to the frame for the moffett wheels to sit on. It’s all adjustable. Also counterweights were added to the frame behind the kingpin. It was actually quite a sheetshow to get all that done LOL. We had to bring the trailers back to the shop a few times before they got it right (all the shops around here are just terrible).

I think it was pretty silly of them to use aluminum deck trailers, but what do I know!?
