The joke was that the driver stinks so bad he NEEDS a shower, so youre buying one for them

 

Don't really understand the reply.
First, I'm not buying anything for anyone. It's free to me and I get no return if they're not used.
Second, if a brother needs a shower, (or anything else), and I can help, I'll always be first in line.

Perhaps it was sarcasm.
I'm generous, but I'm dense too.

 

In this case, you're like my moms shortbread, a little dense and very over sweet.

The "joke" ( I use the word loosely) is that the thing pretending to be a driver who parked next to you smells so bad it's making your truck smell, so you offer to provide a shower.
