Drawn for a drug test, company has not booked it, what happens?

    Hello all. What happens if my company does not book me an appointment for me to go do a drug test before the last day to do so? Is this a big issue, will I have problems with my license? Will it count as a failed drug test? My company told me I had to take the test a few days ago before the 5th (which is tomorrow btw) but apparently they haven't been able to send me to a clinic to do it. Pls help and thank you

    maybe the clinic they send new people to, are booked and/or short staffed...??

    failed drug test..??

    i don't think so.

    too bad they just didn't tell you to go and get it done someplace.

    When were you notified?

    if it was on Monday, you needed to test on Monday.

    Hello. You need to pass RANDOM DRUG TEST.
    LAST DAY -8/5/22.
    Please let me know when you can do it

    Your company isn't too concerned if your testing window is almost a month. Whenever I had a random drug test is was the same day or next morning.

    Well your company is so WRONG about how this works and your lucky

    Most companies give you 2 HOURS to get it done.

    With that said do it NOW....!
    Yes it will count as a refused...

    Every notice I've received to get a drug test it said or implied they meant TODAY.
    Are you a company driver, 1099, Lease-Op, etc?
    Usually if you don't get the test done in time you are counted as "refused test" which can have the same consequences as failed test.

    Drug Tests are not some minor administrative detail to be completed, if convenient. It can end your career.
