Hello all. What happens if my company does not book me an appointment for me to go do a drug test before the last day to do so? Is this a big issue, will I have problems with my license? Will it count as a failed drug test? My company told me I had to take the test a few days ago before the 5th (which is tomorrow btw) but apparently they haven't been able to send me to a clinic to do it. Pls help and thank you
Drawn for a drug test, company has not booked it, what happens?

They gave you a little less than a month to get it done.
Why did you wait so long?
Better give them a call if you can't go tomorrow.Aamcotrans, Another Canadian driver and buddyd157 Thank this. -
I’ve never seen any company give a month to get a random drug test done.
Coover, 48Packard, Studebaker Hawk and 4 others Thank this. -
Well your company is so WRONG about how this works and your lucky
Most companies give you 2 HOURS to get it done.
With that said do it NOW....!
Yes it will count as a refused...Coffey, Studebaker Hawk and drvrtech77 Thank this. -
Every notice I've received to get a drug test it said or implied they meant TODAY.
Are you a company driver, 1099, Lease-Op, etc?
Usually if you don't get the test done in time you are counted as "refused test" which can have the same consequences as failed test.
Drug Tests are not some minor administrative detail to be completed, if convenient. It can end your career.48Packard, drvrtech77, Studebaker Hawk and 2 others Thank this.
