Lol... Thats kinda sad too. But knowing hiw is better than refusing to do what they do know. Or at least trying to figure out how.

One of the best reasons to stick with a company is once you are reliable you can get a dedicated trip which makes your pay & schedule predictable.

On the other hand...I've seen managers 'pull' over the best guys from the place they just left.

The kind of guys who you can call to meet 'Joe' in the Bronx who can't figure out how to get to a customer and they reply with 'That's the place I told you about where you need to go the wrong way on a one way street to get in'...

Or the guy who can snake around all the cars in the front, backwards, with a 53 to park it in the corner all the while arguing with his wife on the cell phone...

The guy who out runs everyone bringing in enough to drive a rental for a year...

Sadly these kind of guys soon retire.

1.You do not need to have “experience” to get a high paying gig, as someone mentioned it’s not about the pay, but compensation package. Part of experience is knowing your worth and how much you should be compensated.
    2. Experience should = time saved and efficiency.. ability to communicate any issues and getting in touch with maintenance, ability to look at a load dispatched and identify if it works with your hos. To call and communicate that you can deliver early if customer can recieve. To also communicate why something will not get done without the bickering. I always said it’s learning the game.

The experienced driver gets to make a rap video.

The inexperienced has to sit and watch the video.
