Spread axle dumps(help))

Edit: got to the shop messed with it. Those are in fact axle dump wiring harnesses.

Got a spread axle tandem I’m starting to restore.
the front and rear axle had these 3 wires on each axle rolled up hidden away and it looks like both have their own valves.
Would they maybe be for axle dumps? No experience in building these spreads thought someone here might know

maybe they were wired at one times the trailer I got this axle from wasn’t the original trailer it came with. But I messed with it today they are are individual dumps
