Why was I not issued a 2 year DOT card but instead a 1 year card?

You dont have to wait for the year to expire, Pepsi sent in for 3 DOT physicals a week apart, you can't refuse them or they list it on your record as a referal, this was not a company physical, I know the difference, I only took the last one to DMV.
