Mom Sues Walmart After 6-Year-Old Died in The Parking Lot

Total BS. Go after the people responsible. Its not feasible for any business to patrol their parking lot 24/7 looking for vehicles parked there more than 4 hours.

 

Unreal. Negligent parents should be exterminated. Blaming Walmart for her utter lack of care for her children is repulsive.

 

That would be the parent.

I hope the judge throws her stupid ### out of the courtroom. She should be arrested and charged with gross negligence.

 

To be fair. I don't think the mom was negligent. It was night time. So no heat issues. Nor is it Walmart's fault. It's the idiots who put the stove away hot. But they don't have any money.

I hate that anyone or any family deal with this, but nothing near what I feel for two children burned alive.
