In seriousness though, I'm sure you've been on roads with a ridiculously low posted speed limit, and asked yourself why it's posted so low? There's a stretch of road nearby that I frequent. The road was build in the early 2000's, and designed with future growth in mind - something Penndot isn't known for. 70 mph on that road feels just right on that road, and everyone does it. But it's posted at the breakneck speed of 55. As Sammy Hagar screams 'I can't drive 55', so too does anyone who's ever dared to actually run the posted limit. Heck even JB Hunt speeds through there.Last edited: Aug 15, 2022
