So you bought a truck hoping that it will last you three months?

What if the first two weeks you get a tow Bill and a repair bill that's for more than what you paid for the truck?

What if the first two weeks you find there are problems that you can't run the truck and it's going to cost you more than what you paid for it?

Then you're paying insurance and paid for a tag for that truck and if it's down you have no income. Maybe you bought it as a spare? But a spare truck has to be dependable... Nothing worse than truck one breaks down and truck two breaks down and you looking at two pieces of junk that are bringing you no money.

If you really bought it that cheap you should try to resell it but I bet you can't.

You would have done better to take that money and go down to the casino and play some craps.

The odds are better that that truck will crap out and you're going to end up with a worthless piece of crap.

A good deal on a good truck is one thing. Buying a cheap piece of crap that you are certain you're going to have problems not if but when...

Not wishing you anything bad at all but I just can't agree with that.

I've been on the internet looking at trucks.
Internationals with the Maxforce are cheap. There's a reason.
Same truck for sale, but with Cummins, will cost thousands more.
I worked for Crete for years. Maybe you ask their opinion. They've owned hundreds.
Drivers had to move from one truck to another to avoid the down time.
Maybe they did better with scr that they eventually added after the egr only didn't work.

I've owned 2 trucks. I might own another.
I think a Maxxforce isn't on the list.
I live 5 miles from an International dealership. Maybe I would consider an International with a Cummins.
A Maxxforce truck could be good for parts. If it was cheap. Don't think I'd put it on the road.
Maybe a Maxxforce is good deleted. Like, thoroughly deleted.
    I wouldn't know.
    Worst reputation.

I know a guy that has that mentality. He buys whatever there is if it’s cheap enough and in working order. He fixes things as they break of course and his trucks are safe, but as soon as one blows an engine it’s scraped and he just goes out and buys another.

He started out buying 3-5 year old trucks. Then eventually he just got tired of them blowing up. So he started to buy cheaper trucks no one wanted like Macks. His rational is trucks are one use disposable and it’s pointless to spend double the $ on a “quality” truck that you never know when it’s going to blow up.
