I want to build the house right on the side of it. 2x6 walls with batt insulation, 2inch foam on the exterior under the tin, house will be cheaper to heat and cool than an RV.

I was thinking the other day, that if I had the know how, opening a commercial body shop would be a great business. One shop I called a few weeks ago told me they were 4 months out. That's insane.

My consultant checked in .. it's a Bud light & fireball week and he's mowing yards for beer money.. this could be a rough week ahead.. He was trying to down play it .. but I read between the lines.. it ain't gonna be good if he's got the Fireball.out and switched to Bud light

Drilling is a good gig when it’s busy. Find a manual online for IADC and do the course when you can. IADC is very easy and when the time comes to needing a driller to step up you’ll have your ticket and be waiting. Good luck.

There is more than enough money cutting grass than I need to keep living the lifestyle I want to get accustomed to! Been there and done that. I will pick up cans on the side of the road if that’s what it takes. Lol

I had no idea you and I were neighbors. Come on down for a cold one, if you don’t mind Busch Light. We are getting short of Budweiser for now.
