Snackbar is chillin'....at Shaffer

This the norm now... get sent to a major facility sysco that's closed on Sundays? When appts are set don't all parties have to agree, customers, starting to think planners are manipulating and lying about appt times to clear their boards for loads that have too much time on them? This is only the 2nd time it's happened but I have a hard time believing their not aware a customer is closed and why would thr consignee agree to a day/time it's operations are shut down?

 

They know..but they could care less..it’s already proof that they’re losing customers and loads because of the nonsense they’re doing.

 

On the short haul bus at the moment. Did a 510 mile run to Virginia, now my next load is a 350 mile run out of the same place headed to a Cosco DC in New Jersey.

 

That's how you lose good drivers and 150 a day doesn't cut babysitting loads that planners are manipulating drivers to clear their boards... now it's becoming a dishonest company!

I don’t think that’ll happen until acklie’s widow passes she still has controlling interest ..then all fair game then.

That might be on sysco. There's one in Cleveland I got sent to twice, once with a different company, once with shaffer. This was years ago, like 2017, 2018. Both times they were closed when I was told to get there. Second time with shaffer was a last minute addition to a multi stop load. Like as I was being loaded they added a pallet and told me to deliver to the sysco.
