So my husband got a warning at a level 2 inspection because the windshield washer fluid in out truck wasn't spraying. Truck is currently in shop and a new switch has been put on the steering column and a new resoviour motor has been put on. Currently the resoviour pump us only getting 8 volts of current to it. Also, our Bendix inside the truck used to come on and beep and now it's not doing anything, has no power. Also, the dealer says there is a fuse box on left side of truck but my husband and the shop employees have not found it, does anyone where it's located or what it looks like? All fuses in the fuse box in front of passenger seat are fine. Any ideas of what the issue could be? Is it the BCM? Is there a way the shop can test the BCM so we don't have to take it to dealer? TIA for your help.

We hooked the pump to battery and it kicks on, so pump isn't the issue.

The wire to the pump comes from a relay in the fuse box in front of the passenger seat there is a fuse in there for the washer as well.
I suspect you have a wire that rubbed through and corroded off. It could be either wire that goes to the pump. Cut the harness free and pull the washer wires out and give them the "Ten Pound Pull Test" if there is a corroded spot it should break.
