    Sorry for the delay, try to imagine if you can this was wrapped in plastic and cellophane and taped up, this was the picture after all that had been removed and they decided they didnt want it. After all was said and done, I removed my strap and they pushed the thing off the side of the trailer destroying it. On a side note, out of the blue one Friday I was paid for this load.......

    By law they have to pay before they can ever file a claim. Pretty sure they know this. They also know it wasn’t your fault and the claim will be denied. So they just figured they wouldn’t pay.

    Yes I did get paid, it wasn't too long after I commented with my last post on here back in July.

    My insurance company denied the claim, partly because they couldnt produce the piece for my insurance to investigate it. The moment they pushed it off my trailer they couldnt produce it.

    3. It was roughly 12ft long. and weighed about 3k
