I used to smoke some weed before I became a school bus driver, and although quitting it wasn’t hard, I’m starting to realize that I probably need to be more particular about what I drink and eat to regulate my stress more productively.
What are some things you find helpful? Any particular kinds of tea, etc?
Legal substances that help you relax after a long drive?

If your driving say 5MPH less then the other traffic they have to go around you VS you going faster and you have always going around them by changing lanes and always looking for for that next slow going car.
You have less interactions and less stress if your going just a little slower then everyone. I always liked driving out west because the speed limit is like 75 my truck would only go 65. So I could just set the cruise control on 65 and roll for hours, relaxing and enjoy the views or the radio because almost nobody was going slower then 65 most were going 70 or 75.LtlAnonymous, Another Canadian driver, Big Road Skateboard and 1 other person Thank this.
