Yeah that was my first thought. On that same side of the river there's 8,000 acres of state game lands

Hooked up my diesel compartment to the tank and started offloading. Started filling out paperwork and heard a crunch. A guy pulled his Ram off the pumps and straight over my cones and over my drop nozzle and hose. Had to run over to the trailer and kill the flow.he then had the nerve to tell me to calm down and didn’t understand why I was so mad. I don’t understand people these days.

That seems to be the thread these days. Did you call the police and if so did they bother to respond?

Hey man, its only 300 gpm flowing, what's the worst that could happen?

I had a lady once back out of the pumps and into fitting while I was dropping gas. Fortunately I was right next to the e-handle on the trailer and shut it before she hit. She then tried to deny it, until I showed her the fresh dent she put in her bumper.

Had another dude one time, pulled his truck up to the pumps. I was dropping E85 and had opened the valves, walked up to the front of the truck to double check the tank vents, when boom, numbnuts had left it out of gear and no parking brake so it rolled back into my trailer. I already had 2 empty compartments with e85 vapors so I was scared ####less for a second.

I got all kinds of stories from hauling fuel, the one job you want to be boring.

There was a poster on here ,actually more then one, that tried to defend another driver backing into another's truck on thread on here, I forget the name of it.

When I voiced my concern for that mentality, I was straight up called a bold face liar because I said have never backed into or ever damaged anybody's equipment other than my own and will never do so in the future.

I can not wrap my head around how some think bashing in others hoods is just "part of the job" ..

I am not a fighting type of person by any means, but if someone hit my truck and then said it was just part of the job, I'd have a hard time not bashing their ####ing face right in...

So many steering wheel holders don't care and really don't understand why you would be upset when you are another company driver. They know they will have to listen to safety carry on, but they won't loose their job. And for the folks that own their equipment, what is the big deal, that is what insurance is for isn't? They really don't care and don't understand why you care.

Part generational and part bad parenting.
