Figures. Box truck drivers are some of the worst drivers I've seen on the road. Most of them drive like regular 4wheelers.

I can't add anything else to wants already been said other than that's unacceptable. The box truck just showed why there's adaptive cruise, automatic braking and the works in modern trucks. He also showed why following too close is a moving violation.

All that stuff didn’t work for her. Her wrong reaction put her into a roll. The only thing that kept her truck from going all the way over was the concrete wall a lane and a half over from where she was.
Straight and steady and maybe a little acceleration after impact woulda spun that box truck off of her and she’d still be upright.

no way I’d post that aftermath video knowing I screwed up just as bad as the box truck did.

By the look of her hood at the initial impact. 99% of the other damage was caused by her actions. She got that little truck wedged between her and the wall by going with it in the same direction instead of away to the right.
Just like how it’s best for you to steer towards the direction the deer came from not direction its going

All those “safety” features don’t do any good if the fool behind wheel isn’t paying attention..because the auto braking usually occurs long after the driver should have been taking corrective action..too many rely on technology to do everything for them..it’s supposed to assist the driver but many expect it to their job for them..
