    This dude called, wanting me to talk to another dude, who wanted to buy a truck.
    When the prospective buyer dude called, first question I asked, “You got a family?”

    Dude said wife and 5 kids, wife don’t work.
    I told him to check out Old Dominion…
    Said rent in 5 bedroom house was $2k/month.

    I said don’t do it, you’ll lose everything… maybe family due to hardships…

    Was I wrong?

    Easiest way to dissipate an inherited fortune is to be in trucking... Proven by companies where sons took over and lost it all.
    Next hardest would be to trying to make a fortune in the used machinery (forklifts) business. Me did that for 14 years. Small.

    I remember about 50 years ago they said if you cut down all the rain forests, it's going to F everything up.

    And California was like," But we need cheap lumber.'

    And McDonalds was like," But we need a place to raise cheap quarter pounders."

    So now we will outlaw grills, and water heaters. lol

    Just have to hope that asteroid is big and accurate enough.

    I asked him, then why wasn’t everybody doing it? $360k bring home pay?
