Wonder if they will get around to going after the modded diesel pickups?

Couple of interesting things I noticed reading through the bureaucratic spewage:

Trucks less than 4 years old are given a pass.

Looks like they will take the trucks diagnostics computer data as a valid test.

Trucks from out of state must submit compliance info to Cali.

It applies to owner ops, not just fleets.

It's specifically illegal to run with the check/maint engine light on.

Pickups are already subjected to biannual inspections

Oh no not that. Dang might as well park the truck when the A/C is down. Or just check the plug in the temp control switch on the dash

    Guess I missed that change.

Diesel pickups and cars where not inspected last I looked or was concerned. I was just glad as all my old stuff aged off to only needing inspection at title change.

It’s all about profit margins. If you had the same profit margin on truck parts, you would never sell one.

Have a sticker in my windshield, it is an approved sticker, that says I can operate the vehicle that has this sticker, because this sticker is an approved CARB and EPA certification of the sticker.
I have an X15 engine, it has the QLS override patch. Been running it for months.
