Any suggestions welcomed. I have sliding lock pins that won't lock back up. Seems like the problem is within the air cylinder that retracts them since they won't retract fully and won't lock fully either. I'll hammer one side in and the other side comes out. Pins are moving freely within the sliding rail but I can't get them both to come out at the same time or lock in together. The switch inside the cab does nothing but I do hear air coming from somewhere when it's on

Check the air line at each end for a leak , it usally cracks or it got cut the last time it was slid.
If it's a end you can cut it off and move the brass ring on to the good side , don't forget to slide the bolt on before the brass ring.
It needs to be a clean cut or it will be a pita to get the ring on the hose.
I'd also stop with the hammer to.
    Good Luck

Thank you very much for taking the time to reply. I brought the truck to a shop and the air cylinder is seized up so it's being removed and replaced with a flat bar
