Does anyone know if a dot inspection sticker on a trailer can be used twice?
The service guys we use for my company are using a sharpie to mark the new inspection dates on the old sticker that was hole punched the year before instead of using a new sticker I figured dot wouldn’t approve that, but my company is saying it’s not a issue

Have had more than one dot officer ask where inspection sticker was on truck or trailer, and if you didn’t know, it was a ticket for falsifying log because they said knowing where it was showed you did your pretrip, not knowing means you didn’t do one according to the dot law enforcement officerLonesome Thanks this. -
