I'm enrolled In CDL classes and have my permit. What I want is more practice than the school offers. Looking for someone in Eastern Pennsylvania who can train someone minimum 5 hours a day Friday, Saturday & Sunday for the next 2 weeks.

CDL school is JUST to pass the state exam. You will get weeks and weeks of real-world practice at your first employer, if the job is OTR. I never met anyone that felt ready for their state exam after CDL school. Nearly everyone in my CDL class felt they could not back and they could not shift well enough to pass the test. I think everyone passed.

You might be able to go to a community college program that provides extra hours… but it will be hard to find someone individually to let you practice in their truck.

Next time you go to the steak house tell them that you want more steak... and see what the reaction is.

That type of one on one training would cost big bucks if you even found someone to be willing to do it. Even just 3 or 4 hours will likely be a couple grand.

As already said, nobody is truly ready with just the short amount of time behind the wheel at the typical CDL mill. Just squeak by and get your CDL as most do, unless you know someone with a truck.

You would be better off getting your license, and then asking an O/O if you can ride along and drive occasionally if you buy the meals.
Had a woman do so some years ago, she rode with me, helped out, drove some, paid for our meals, and gained a lot of experience.
I hired her later on, and she still works for me.
