I would like to find an owner operater, who has another truck to put on the road.
    50/50 split.
I'm getting out of the Frac business.
    It's BS

    Define 50 50 split.

Why would anyone footing all the bills and liability do that???

You bring me 100,000$ to buy into the business and we split all cost from the day you start and we've got a deal. Home daily, flexible schedule. 6am to 5pm.

    It's not uncommon.
    I've done it before.

Why didn't you stay with them?

That is the best deal I've ever heard of for the driver.

I personally don't, and won't pay my drivers half.

I would be in bankruptcy court very quickly.

Best I have seen was 42%... but the driver paid fuel (cargo van).

Why would anyone lose all of their profit and then some by paying you more than the truck is generating in profit pre-driver?

    50/50 if it's after expenses?

My last job paid 25% of the rate.
You figure in fuel, wear and tear and everything else that goes into the running things and I sometimes made out better than the owner.
