4 years ago I ran for them as a brand spanking new DZ license holder in Ontario, Canada. They would send me out to do a lot of work unpaid, and would regularly skim money from the loads that I was paid in percentage. They did not have a good amount of work available, I only made 18k in the year that I worked there. I was pushed constantly into breaking the law on my e-logs, and they claimed they would "fix them." (they did not). If they do still exist, I strongly recommend not working for them. Matt S. is an unprofessional person and he talked to me with extreme disrespect, speaking to me with slander over the phone when I stated that I was quitting due to them forcing me to sit at a receiver 30 mins away from my house, unpaid.
I have gained experience since then and I have learned for myself on how to stick up for myself and spot a terrible company, but if you are a new driver, you WILL be taken advantage of. STAY AWAY.
Do not work for T.E. Smith (Lucan, On) , assuming they are still in business.

I forgot to mention, the equipment I ran under Jonathan was in terrible shape. He would constantly attempt to fix the interior between the cab and the sleeper with spray foam. It never worked and it would leak like crazy.
