"Use All Available Room", EXCEPT WHEN A DITCH IS IN THE WAY!!
I've been on some 2 lane roads, located address yet failed to properly utilize, in Ohio (for one state), that I had to follow for some MILES before adequate ROOM was availed.
Pennsylvania was wonderful too.
"driver" needs be added to the constantly growing list of FAILED MANUEVERS in Class 8 Vehicles.
