Hoping the cat gods can help me out here. I had an Inframe done on my 3406E 5EK and a reman ECM. After putting the “new” ECM on my engine fan stays on, even keeps the light on the dash on if you unplug the ECM from fan solenoid. We hooked up to the laptop and no codes and everything looked good but pin #11 is showing a constant hot. BTW the ECM has been flashed with a pre nox file.

The fan is probably not addressed to the proper pin number, in configurations in cat ET under fan open it up and there are several choices to pick from.
On the Kenworth's it was #7 that controlled the fan.
